Terms and Conditions – 777se Pakistan Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777se ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all use of the 777se website and any associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on 777se, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 777se platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. By clicking "Register", completing account setup or making any deposit, you are confirming that you accept these Terms without reservation. These Terms may be updated from time to time — continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and 777se.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 777se you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777se does not permit minors to register or use any part of the platform. Age verification may be requested at any point.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of 777se or any of its associated companies.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have an active self-exclusion on 777se at the time of registration.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 777se. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, payment method, device or IP address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and funds forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address and phone number. This information must remain current — it is your responsibility to update your account details if they change.

777se reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing withdrawal requests. Verification documents may include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 777se will never ask you for your password via any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 777se are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• Raast (instant bank-to-bank transfer)
• Bank Transfer (all major Pakistani banks)
• Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes depending on the method used. 777se does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — those are outside 777se's control.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and cards that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the relevant funds returned to the source after deducting any reasonable processing costs.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from 777se are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. 777se does not charge withdrawal fees — the full PKR amount you request is the amount that reaches your account.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Standard accounts: Processed within 24 hours
• Silver & Gold VIP: Processed within 4–12 hours
• Platinum VIP: Processed within 1–4 hours
• Diamond VIP: Instant 24/7 processing

Before your first withdrawal is processed, 777se may request identity verification documents. This is a standard procedure applied to all accounts and is not a reflection of any concern about your account specifically. Providing clear, valid documents promptly is the fastest way to ensure your withdrawal is not delayed.

Withdrawals may be placed on hold if there is an active bonus on your account with wagering requirements not yet completed, or if there is an ongoing security or fraud review. 777se will notify you if a withdrawal is placed on hold and will provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

777se offers a range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, weekly deposit bonuses and VIP cashback. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players with verified accounts who have made at least one qualifying deposit.
• Each bonus has a stated wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before any bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must typically be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games or betting markets specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time. Claiming a new bonus before completing wagering on an existing bonus may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• 777se reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing low-risk bets specifically to clear wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.

VIP Cashback is credited as real PKR balance with no wagering requirement attached. The cashback percentage and calculation period are determined by your active VIP tier and are described in full on the VIP page.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 777se — including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football and esports — are governed by the following standard rules:

• Bets are accepted up until the event start time unless specifically marked as available for live in-play betting, in which case bets may be accepted during the event at updated odds.
• If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will stand. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours or cancelled entirely, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• For cricket matches reduced in overs due to weather or other factors, the result will be determined by the official competition rules (such as DLS method for limited-overs matches). 777se will settle bets according to the officially declared result.
• In the event of a technical error in odds display — including manifestly incorrect odds, errors caused by data feed failures or system faults — 777se reserves the right to void the affected bets. Notification will be provided to affected players.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. 777se reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Minimum bet amounts apply and are displayed within the betting interface.
• 777se reserves the right to limit or refuse bets at its discretion, including on specific markets, events or from specific accounts.

8 Casino and Games

Casino games available on 777se — including live casino tables, slots and fish games — are provided by third-party game developers. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. 777se is not responsible for the rules of individual games; those are governed by the respective game provider.

All game outcomes on 777se are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by live dealers. 777se does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during an active game round, 777se will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome of the round. Where reconstruction is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.

Fish game prize pools and multipliers are determined by the individual game rules as displayed in the game. Any disputes about fish game outcomes should be raised with support within 24 hours of the session in question.

9 VIP Programme

The 777se VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is calculated on the basis of monthly activity on the platform and is applied automatically — there is no manual application process.

VIP benefits — including enhanced weekly deposit bonuses, faster withdrawal processing, monthly cashback and dedicated account management — are described in full on the VIP page and are subject to the terms stated there.

777se reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefits and tier assignments at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have not met the activity requirement for their current tier in any given month may be moved to a lower tier at the start of the following month.

VIP tier status and associated benefits are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another account or player.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777se and will result in immediate account suspension, closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account on the platform
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets, access the platform or exploit games
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players or any form of fraudulent bet placement
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine game participation
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party
• Any activity that 777se reasonably determines is designed to manipulate, defraud or abuse the platform or other players

11 Account Suspension and Closure

777se may suspend or close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment details
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's bank or payment provider
• Player request — accounts may be closed voluntarily at any time by contacting support
• Self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 777se reserves the right to retain any funds held in the account as compensation for loss and costs. Where closure is for any other reason, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after reasonable deduction of any outstanding fees or pending transactions.

Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting the 777se support team. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded subject to standard withdrawal terms.

12 Privacy and Data

777se collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and verification is used for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, identity verification and communicating with you about your account and platform updates. 777se does not sell personal data to third parties.

13 Responsible Gaming

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 777se's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

777se shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or anticipated savings
• Any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from use of the platform
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside 777se's reasonable control, including network outages, payment processor downtime or force majeure events
• The accuracy of sports data or event information provided by third-party data providers

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15 Changes to These Terms

777se reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice — typically via a notification on the platform or by email to your registered address — before the revised Terms take effect.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
